This stuff works for staying hydrated and it’s actually much better tasting than I had expected which was a nice surprise! I’ve tried other brands that have natural flavors and sweeteners which are pretty disgusting tasting but this only has 2 ingredients! I have it first thing in the morning.

Somebody give me a sample of this product and I couldn’t wait to order it. I’m a hiker and it has been really hard for me to find electrolytes that I like the taste. Paty said it was sour but me it has a great taste (I consume regularly limes) and it has just two simple ingredients . I like it so much that I have been asking for it almost every 20 days, I love to drink it during the day I to put two scoops per 8oz and my body feels better , I used to have cramps in the night and since I’m taking the product they are gone . I love this product because it’s local and the great costumer service they have.
